I had a word with Ajay, and he guides me so well, he explains to me every single query & science behind fitness, the importance of nutrition, and physical fitness in our daily life.
I am a big foodie, I used to eat everything which comes in my way (burgers, pizza, fast food, cold coffee, and N- numbers of chappatis) which eventually increases my weight up to 95kgs.
Finally, I make up my mind that I will give my 3 months to him, and let’s see what my body will accomplish, how far I can go.
So gave me some instructions before starting the journey like arrange a food measuring scale if you can, weighing machine and resistance band( not mandatory).
I started following his diet plans and doing a body weight workout at home.
Initially, it was very tough for me to do at least 5 push-ups because I was living a sedentary lifestyle for many years with almost zero stamina.
I tried hard every single day, I didn’t cheat on myself. My confidence boosts up When I see the results.
My mom, dad can’t believe it when they saw me for the first time after lockdown.
My friends are saying that I have taken pills and steroids to lose fat, but I keep telling them that it happened because I followed Quantified Nutrition along with body weight training.
But it’s hard for them to digest.
I have gained self-confidence, started to believe in myself.
The saddest part is my pants & Tees don’t fit me now. I will purchase some new outfits or I will send them for alteration.
Now the 12 weeks have been completed successfully, and I can see a completely different Avinash when I look into the mirror.
More importantly, I got a new body that I was dreaming of.
Now, my next goal is to work on muscles.

A journey started from 9 am to 9 pm job with no schedule of breakfast, lunch, and dinner and no control over diet as every alternate day I used to have junk food with my daughter and family at night by taking them for a drive once reaching to home.

Following a Natural diet started on 9 May.

I was very regular with my gym and fitness routine, For the past 1.5 years regularly going to the gym and was doing a tough workout but wasn’t getting the results that I longed for, I was frustrated and wasn’t happy at all, so my gym trainer suggested me to adopt a diet plan, that will help me to achieve my goals..this is how I come to know about this diet plan .. and after 3 months., I started noticing.. changes in my body, the intensity of workout, mobility, and diet lessened the effects of feeling tired! I feel I am
losing inches from all over my body and maintaining the same body weight ( as I was never overweight but had a huge belly thyroid belly)) Now after 3 months people in the gym/home..complimented me that I am losing body fat and waistline.. truly like this diet as it’s simple home food.. everything that is suggested in the diet is easily available in my kitchen I think in every kitchen, haven’t faced any difficulties in this diet, not even a single day..I have to be more focused .. more regular and consistent.. have a long way to go…
